Job Description and Achievements at OFFI Zrt. (Hungarian National Translation and Certification Office)
For several years, I worked at Országos Fordító és Fordításhitelesítő Iroda (OFFI Zrt.), the official national translation and certification agency of Hungary. OFFI's certified translations are officially recognized by all governmental institutions in Hungary and across the European Union.
My responsibilities included:
🔹 Written translation of official documents, such as birth and marriage certificates, contracts, court rulings, medical reports, academic transcripts, and notarized papers.
🔹 Handling legally sensitive materials, where precision and consistency were critical. Translations were subject to both internal and institutional verification.
🔹 Participation in multilingual projects, working with over 15 languages, including Russian, English, Hungarian, German, French, Ukrainian, Chinese, and others.
