I joined Piece[ https://one-crypto.io/ ]during its early stage, when the community was just over 200 members. I was brought on to handle community management and support, a role I carried out with what my boss often referred to as “authenticity.” My efforts received consistent positive feedback from members, and together with other team talents, we shaped the community into a safe, engaging, and welcoming space. As trust in my work grew, I was entrusted with additional responsibilities, including serving as a representative speaker and managing the project’s X account. I made sure to prepare thoroughly for X Spaces, where I represented the project, engaged the audience, and convinced new members to join. Through these combined efforts, the community steadily grew to over 700 members.
