This project focused on assessing and removing policy-violating Google reviews that were negatively impacting a business’s online reputation. I conducted a detailed audit of negative reviews to identify violations of Google’s review policies, including fake engagement, conflicts of interest, defamatory claims, and off-topic content. Based on the findings, I prepared clear, evidence-based removal reports with structured arguments aligned to policy requirements and submitted formal takedown requests through the appropriate channels. The process included documentation support, follow-ups, and monitoring outcomes to ensure compliance and resolution. Outcome: Improved review profile integrity, reduced reputational risk, and restored trust by successfully flagging and removing non-compliant reviews.
