Veganicum.work — a content platform I build and run end to end: a Next.js front-end on a headless CMS (Sanity), deployed on my own VPS with Nginx and TLS. The interesting part is the publishing pipeline behind it: structured drafts are parsed into rich portable-text blocks (headings, code, charts, inline images), illustrations are generated per image slot through an image-model API, assets are uploaded to the CMS and the post is created via mutations — one command, dry-run by default, --live to publish. Built for unattended runs: explicit failure modes, no silent partial publishes, and cost per article kept in cents. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, Sanity CMS, image-generation APIs, Nginx, Linux VPS.

Exchange integration layer for automated trading, built on ccxt against Bybit's demo environment. It handles the parts that quietly break in production: hedge-mode position indexing, reduce-only closing (a counter-order does not close a position in hedge mode), symbol and precision normalisation, notional caps, and error mapping. On top of it sits a risk module that sizes positions from money at risk rather than gut feeling: risk % of equity plus stop distance determines the position size. It estimates liquidation price, required margin, portfolio exposure, concentration and a daily-loss stop, and returns plain-language signals before an order is confirmed. Every order goes through preview, explicit confirmation and receipt, so nothing executes silently. Covered by tests with an exchange double (no network in CI). Live-money routes are excluded by design. Stack: Python, ccxt, pytest. Demo environment only — no client funds involved.

Browser-based 3D runtime for animated characters: skeletal animation with blending, per-region physics for hair and cloth (spring chains), viseme-driven lip-sync synchronised to audio, and camera and gaze control. Optimised for sustained 60 fps by scoping physics simulation to active regions instead of the whole scene. Stack: three.js, WebGL, Rapier physics, JavaScript modules.
