I am a process engineer with experience in petrochemical process design and technical analysis. I develop and review PFDs and P&IDs in AutoCAD, model processes in Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus, prepare mass and heat balances, select equipment and prepare technical datasheets. I also perform hydraulic and process calculations in Mathcad and Excel and compare engineering options. My deliverables include traceable calculations, clear assumptions, technical reports and editable files. Excel analysis and management presentations are also available. Scope, required inputs, software versions and deadlines are agreed before work starts. Client project information is confidential and is not used in my public portfolio. Published examples are clearly identified synthetic demonstration studies.
