As a Community Manager at Crypto Scam Defence, I support the organization's online community by monitoring the engagement on various social media platforms. Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms promptly. Build relationships with the online community. Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership.

In charge of what content was posted on various social media accounts of TipsyOnline. Responded to any inquiry/question asked by community members on all social media-related Tipsy communities. Created content for Social Media. Community Manager/engager with users. Publish content that meets the brand’s communication style, Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers.

Implemented bots on various social media Integrated filters/commands/replies/captcha/welcome messages/etc in communities with the help of the bots that I’ve used. Moderated Telegram, Reddit. Offered tasks to my assistant and received reports on the current state of the bot ( updated when needed). Constantly communicating with over 12 regional Telegram communities owners, and other social media owners so we can structure every bit of information given to investors.

First Crypto project I’ve worked for. Everything was brand-new and I had a lot to learn. I made myself recognized on their Telegram community, by doing so, I was quickly able to become a moderator which turned the possibility of discussing with every investor and person from the WebDollar team into a responsive matter. This helped me a lot in seeing how Crypto/DeFi projects are able to function in a normal manner, how they could degrade and also thrive. Besides working online and observing details of how you can turn a community into an active one, I also did a lot of real life activities. This included seeing people from the WebDollar team in real life, by scheduling meetings. I alone shared over 600 QR Codes containing various information about the project and how you can make a wallet and buy their tokens. This took place in 2 towns near where I live, and took ~2 days to accomplish. I learned a lot from this project and this is how I’ve discovered the importance of properly managing a Crypto/DeFi project so you can always bring something new to the table which results in having a positive and organically grown project. Besides these 6 main projects I’ve worked for, I have also participated in a lot of Altcoins Projects that have fundamentally no real use case and only offered my services for $. This doesn't mean that I’ve not acquired experience when working on those types of projects.
