My experience with crypto is defined by my finance background, in the past, I used to juggle different traditional financial instruments such as stocks, indices, commodities, bonds and so forth but being a tech guy as well I was quickly taken within this new digital asset era. My first hire was for BitDefender's international customer support line, where I've occupied the role of a Backup Team Leader, having to coordinate/ give guidance a team of at least 10 people at all times on hand, taking supervisory calls (with really frustrated clients as you can guess) and having to deliver SLA's every month. Further on, I've been working on two cryptos mostly, one of whom is WebDollar, where I've had a comm. leadership role and being the listing "manager" (it is a DAO) for about a year. & currently SimpleDEFI. Other than that, I've occupied an Operations Analyst role for a brief period for $ESX and, for a longer duration, I've hada CFA lead for $CSD.
