๐ผ Responsibilities:
๐๏ธ Build and grow our global gaming community across Discord, Telegram, Twitter and other platforms
๐ฎ Create engaging content (AMA's, dev diaries, gameplay teasers) to excite our player base
๐ค Be the voice of our community to the development team and vice versa
๐ก๏ธ Develop community guidelines and moderate discussions to maintain positive environment
๐ Analyze community metrics and feedback to improve engagement strategies
๐ Organize online/offline events, tournaments and community initiatives
๐ก Work with marketing to align community growth with overall strategy
๐ Coordinate with other departments (support, devs, tokenomics) on community needs
๐ Requirements:
3+ years experience managing gaming/Web3 communities
๐ Native or fluent English (additional languages a plus)
๐ฑ Expert knowledge of Discord, Telegram, Twitter community management
๐ฎ Deep understanding of gaming culture and blockchain gaming space
๐ฌ Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
๐ Flexibility to engage with global community across timezones
๐ Basic analytics skills to track community growth
๐ Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AAA game communities
Knowledge of NFT/blockchain gaming ecosystems
Content creation skills (graphics, video editing)
Multilingual abilities
Passion for esports/competitive gaming
