You'll be the bridge between our players and development team in this exciting Web3 gaming adventure! 🌐⛓️
💼 Responsibilities:
🏗️ Build and grow our global gaming community across Discord, Telegram, Twitter and other platforms
🎮 Create engaging content (AMA's, dev diaries, gameplay teasers) to excite our player base
🤝 Be the voice of our community to the development team and vice versa
🛡️ Develop community guidelines and moderate discussions to maintain positive environment
📈 Analyze community metrics and feedback to improve engagement strategies
🎉 Organize online/offline events, tournaments and community initiatives
💡 Work with marketing to align community growth with overall strategy
🔄 Coordinate with other departments (support, devs, tokenomics) on community needs
🔍 Requirements:
3+ years experience managing gaming/Web3 communities
🌍 Native or fluent English (additional languages a plus)
📱 Expert knowledge of Discord, Telegram, Twitter community management
🎮 Deep understanding of gaming culture and blockchain gaming space
💬 Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
🕒 Flexibility to engage with global community across timezones
📊 Basic analytics skills to track community growth
