TIME & MATERIAL
Time & Material (T&M) engagement for the smooth delivery process without any hassle.
Here are some of the quick points to explain this engagement:
- Time & Material is Prepaid Method – Purchase block of hours and uses development team effort on both UI and UX tasks.
- Billing will be on actual effort but only of the core developers (Project management & QA efforts are not accounted)
- Timesheet & Hours burnout rate (report on what hour is purchased, what hour is burnt & what hours are in balance) will be shared on weekly basis to justify the effort spent
- You can assign multiple tasks to different developers to go in parallel.
- The engagement can be started with a purchase of the first block of 50 hours & further renewal can be done as we make more progress & with mutual agreements
RETAINER:
• Dedicated Onshore and/or Offshore Team
• Engagement renewal on a quarterly or monthly basis, with mutual consent
• Direct communication using IM/Email/Teleconference
• Work time to overlap US hours
• Pool of developers can be deployed at short notice
