Create a Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

I can create build, deployment, testing pipelines with different kinds of artifact ( executable, files, library, docker images, helm deploy)
I have experience in Gitlab, GitHub CI/CD, Azure DevOps server and some less in Jenkins.
