The nonexclusive license permits finished personal and commercial projects, including private sharing with collaborators on the same project. Standalone source pack resale, redistribution, sublicensing and exclusive ownership are excluded. Full terms are in LICENSE.txt.

This is an original procedural study with no client assets. Checked in Blender only. Unity, Unreal, Roblox and height displacement are untested.
