I was an executive assistant to the CEO in one of the insurance company base in California USA for more than a year. Below is the scope of my task:
- Conduct intial and final interview to the applicants.
- Processing payroll of the employee weekly
- Sending and replying to the emails of clients
- Maintaining and updating the main dashboard of the company
- Updating documents of the company
- I also trained the new employees to their new role
