Steps:
1) Agree the scope.
2) Conclude on the story Board and selecting a talking head character where required (talking head could include/require an additional cost or not).
3) Draft video (with watermark) sent to you for review & any required edits made.
4) Once final edit is accepted, payment is made.
5) 1080p video is sent without watermark.
Payment made after completing the video.
In the event you require video editing for already shot videos, this would have to be discussed based on the particular project.
