A real one, running in production: a marketplace seller manages his whole supply chain from one Google Sheet. It reads stock and analytics through the API, calculates what to ship, creates the supply requests, and separately adjusts advertising bids every 15 minutes using ROAS, stock levels and search-position rules. Full change log, hard safety limits, and a show-only mode so the owner sees every decision before anything is written.
