Multi-Stage Approvals: Routes driver records through a sequential Pending → HR → Health & Safety (HS) → Plant approval chain with role-based access control.
Compliance Tracking: Monitors validity and automated expiry dates for driver licences, safety training, and health surveillance.
Gate Security: Enables on-site security personnel to verify approved drivers via QR code or manual search and log gate entries and safety incidents.
Operations & Reporting: Provides central dashboards, audit logs, and exportable reports for overall operational visibility.
