This project is a modern single-story villa located in the Aftab Villa Town, Qeshm Island, Iran, designed with a contemporary tropical aesthetic inspired by the island’s warm climate and natural landscape.
The architectural concept combines clean geometric volumes, natural wood cladding, textured stone, warm-toned materials, large glazed openings, and decorative geometric screens to create a contemporary yet welcoming atmosphere.
The exterior design includes a private swimming pool positioned in front of the villa, a landscaped tropical garden, natural stone paving, outdoor lounge areas, decorative lighting, and carefully selected tropical and drought-tolerant plants suitable for the climate of Qeshm.
The project was developed from architectural 3D modeling into a high-quality photorealistic architectural visualization, focusing on realistic materials, natural daylight, reflections, vegetation, landscape design, and human scale.
