Checking daily attendance, monitoring adherence and activities using a real-time tool, ensures that client thresholds are being met, checking volume trends vs projected to make sure that associates are productive and prevent profit loss, collaborates with supervisor to track planned and unplanned absences, planning and scheduling off production events (training, meetings, coaching & VTO.), generates/gather/provide reports operations volume intraday/end of day/weekly and monthly to Department heads and clients while ensuring timeliness and accuracy of data, bridge of communication between operations and clients, point of contact for system issues, site-wide outages or any other production impacting situation.
Internal Help Desk:
Supports advisors taking calls and make sure that they meet SLA, answer and resolving customer complaints, ensures advisors adhere to schedule, compliance policies, safeguarding client's information, and other operational procedures for direct delivery. process orders, cancellation of an account, and credit.
Service to Sales:
Answering queries over the phone and resolves customer complaints, processing orders, reviewing bills, refunds, returns, offers a warranty, troubleshoot equipment, upgrades services, takes payment, follow client's opening and closing scripts.
Maintains database by entering new and updated product information, compiling and sorting data, establishes entry priorities, enters customers account data using MS tools. back up data, basic troubleshooting of computers and networks, sending a facsimile to clients.
