Before the visit our team writes you an English guide: which hospital and department, what to bring, how registration and payment work, and what to expect on the day. We can book the appointment for you.
On the day, tian goes with you as a local companion: queues, registration, payment desks, finding rooms and handling forms in Chinese. Please note: tian speaks Chinese only, not English. On site we talk through a phone translation app, and it works but is slower than a human interpreter.
After the visit we send an English summary of what happened and a translation of the documents you received.
We only help with the process. We don't give medical advice, don't diagnose, and don't explain results as a medical opinion. Ask your doctor about anything medical.
Not for emergencies: call 120 for an ambulance in mainland China.
Deliverables:

Not included:
- Hospital fees, tests, medicine and transport: paid by you directly
- Spoken English interpreting (tian speaks Chinese only; we use a translation app)
- Medical advice, diagnosis, medication advice or interpreting results as a medical opinion
- Any promise about appointments, waiting times or treatment outcomes
- Visits outside Guangzhou city: custom quote, with travel costs paid by you and agreed upfront

- Can you guarantee an appointment with a specific doctor? No. We try, but popular slots fill up fast.
- Is the translation official? No. It is a plain-English translation to help you understand your papers, not a certified translation.
- Do you keep my medical documents? We use them only for your order and delete our copies after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them.
- Can I order translation only? Yes, $39 per report up to 20 pages.
