I am an Office Administration graduate. I’ve worked in two prestige BPO company in the Philippines as a customer service. I have competed four years in those company and have a broad experience in customer service. Here my key role was to interact with the person concerned through email, phone call if needed to help with their problems. These problems are related to purchase orders and put a tract of their orders. Apart from this, I’ve worked as an Administrative Officer in GCC country for 2 years. My key role is to Administer the whole organization become a CEO Assistant. I am good at multitasking and this includes typing invoices, file reports, respond to phone calls and email. I can handle numerous duties, which can change on daily basis. I posses excellent office skills and have an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
