A focused troubleshooting session for one reproducible issue in an existing MODX or PHP website.
This initial package covers up to two hours at $40/hour ($80 total). I will reproduce the reported problem, inspect the relevant code and logs, and deliver written findings with a recommended next step. If the fix fits within the session, I will implement and test it. Larger repairs are quoted separately before additional work begins; this is not a promise to resolve an unknown issue within two hours.
Typical issues: MODX templates and components, PHP errors, mobile HTML/CSS layouts, content imports, and API integrations.
Relevant work includes xParser, a published HTML/RSS parsing component for MODX Revolution; PHP/MODX component maintenance; and responsive gallery fixes on an existing travel website.
Before ordering, please send the affected URL, reproduction steps, expected behavior, CMS/PHP versions, and a sanitized error example. We agree a start time, the exact issue, and access to a suitable test environment. The two hours represent work time after the agreed start and receipt of materials.
You receive findings, any agreed changes completed during the session, verification results, and deployment/rollback notes when applicable. Production changes require your approval.
