Architectural Drawing Plans / Structural / Cost Estimates

Ability to communicate verbally through sketching.
Proficient in visualizing objects to work from written and oral instructions. Outstanding execution of precise and detailed work.
-Knowledgeable in the following fields:
1. Colors; textures; principles of design.
2. The principles and practices of drafting
3. Governmental organizations and regulations; of social and environmental problems on-shore and off-shore.
4. Construction materials and practices, building codes; contract specifications.
-Responsible for the end to end management of minor, moderate and complex project.
Coordinate the review of design documents, drawings and specifications.
Assures effective design solutions
-Provides technical expertise and main support to the Construction Project Manager on coordination and architectural works ensuring the proper and timely execution, monitoring, control and close out/acceptance of the project all in accordance with the Construction Project Management Plan (CPMP).
-Proficient in different Microsoft Programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, Knowledgeable in using the Internet.
Proficient in Design computer programs such as AUTOCAD Architectural Desktop, Sketch-up,  Adobe Photoshop
