Your Role
Design player-first NFT systems that add value to core gameplay loops 🔄
Create compelling ownership mechanics for in-game assets 🏆
Develop frameworks for interoperable NFT items across game ecosystems 🌐
Balance scarcity and accessibility in digital asset distribution ⚖️
Collaborate with economists on sustainable tokenomics 💰
Work with engineers to implement NFT functionality ⛓️
Analyze player behavior to refine NFT systems 📊
Requirements
3+ years in game systems design (AAA or mobile) 🕹️
Shipped at least 1 title with live service elements 🚀
Deep understanding of blockchain gaming trends 📈
Familiarity with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) 📜
Strong documentation and prototyping skills 📝
Ability to explain complex systems simply 🗣️
Bonus Skills
Experience with Unity/Unreal scripting 🛠️
Knowledge of Web3.js or similar libraries 💻
