Proficiency in Solidity, Vyper, or Rust for smart contract development.

Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, including testnet and mainnet deployment.

Familiarity with Web3.js / Ethers.js for frontend-backend-blockchain integration.

Understanding of ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), gas optimization, and security best practices.

Experience with off-chain storage, oracles, and external data integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and Git/GitHub/GitLab experience.
