We are an international IT company looking for a Senior Solana Blockchain Developer to join a new DeFi-focused team.
Position: Senior Solana Developer (Team Lead potential)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time / Freelance
Rate: $80–120/hour (or salary by agreement)
Requirements:
4+ years in software development, 3+ years in Rust
2+ years working with the Solana blockchain
Proven experience with DEXes, lending protocols, or staking on Solana
Strong understanding of Solana program security and the Anchor framework
Experience leading or mentoring developers is a plus
