This is a full-time remote role and you do not have to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns, including the expansion of the affiliate network and enhancement of existing affiliate performance.
- Primarily focus on expanding influencer resources in local markets to attract trading users and generate income for the platform.
- Devise innovative methods to identify potential affiliates.
- Optimize business development strategies and execute corresponding actions to ensure conversion rates.
- Analyze user habits, behavior, and business development trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing/business development within the Cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven experience in building large affiliate networks from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and reporting, such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
- Familiarity with essential affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and the ability to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
