Participants will have the opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the operations of Binance, a top blockchain ecosystem globally. Apart from work responsibilities, the program emphasizes networking and skill development to enhance professional connections and cultivate valuable abilities for advancing one's career.

Eligibility:

This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to strategize and execute campaign schedules.

• Create marketing materials for Point of Sale (POS) and decentralized finance (DeFi) projects, such as landing pages, social media content, and CRM initiatives.

• Engage with various departments, including BD, product, design, and legal, to ensure cohesive and successful campaign implementation.

• Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to endorse Web3 earn products.

• Develop marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new users and increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) metrics.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.

• Demonstrated self-directed learning approach and the ability to work autonomously.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment with simultaneous ongoing projects.

• Strong organizational skills and comfort with coordinating tasks across different time zones.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

• Prior experience in Business Development or marketing is advantageous.

• Creativity to generate innovative concepts and expand upon them is a valuable asset.

• Thorough interest and knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are preferred.
