The Seeds of Success Trainee Program at Binance offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rapidly expanding cryptocurrency industry.

This full-time role provides an inside look at the world's premier blockchain ecosystem, offering valuable insights and on-the-job training to enhance both technical skills and essential soft skills necessary for professional advancement.

The successful candidate will join the Big Fiat Business Unit (BU) and undergo a year-long rotation through various functional teams under the mentorship of BU Senior Leaders.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and user research to grasp industry trends and user preferences
• Collaborate with the Product team in the design and development of innovative products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, and Marketing—to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
• Formulate product requirements and specifications
• Assist in managing product development timelines and deliverables

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies and blockchain, with preferred project experience in these fields
• Suitable for recent graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in working independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in end-to-end Product Development is a plus
