About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst to spearhead the creation, development, and launch of new products within the Liquidity team. This role entails close collaboration with liquidity managers and engineers, offering exposure to diverse trading strategies encompassing delta-one to volatility products across various trading channels. An opportunity brimming with growth potential for those eager to contribute expertise to the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple departments to conduct thorough business analyses for liquidity desks.
- Support the trading team in onboarding local market businesses through effective coordination.
- Identify critical business metrics related to risk, compliance, and operations, devising strategies to enhance workflows.
- Conduct detailed feature and risk analyses to assist the engineering team in technical design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in product management or business analysis, preferably within financial services or trading technology.
- Profound understanding of the end-to-end logic of trading systems in financial markets.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within set deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
