What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager who is passionate about the crypto industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our online and offline OKX communities in Argentina. Your tasks will include moderating forums and chat groups, organizing online events, collaborating with internal teams, identifying KOL leads, and providing valuable market insights. Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OKX community.
- Assist in creating written content for OKX.
- Monitor and moderate local OKX forums, social platforms, and chat groups, actively engaging with the community to promote positive interactions.
- Identify and utilize new community-friendly platforms and groups to expand OKX's local user base and influence.
- Facilitate online and offline interactions between OKX and its users.
- Organize online events, assist with offline meet-ups, and conduct product and service surveys.
- Manage OKX novice group operations and develop effective strategies for converting new users.
- Source and onboard KOL leads.
- Assist with translation and proofreading of OKX-related content.
- Utilize social media to engage with consumers, address inquiries or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and resolve problems.
- Propose innovative ways to promote company offerings and achieve measurable results.
- Support the publication of educational local content for OKX.
- Provide user feedback and market insights.
You would be a great fit if you possess the following skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in community management and campaign planning.
- Knowledge and experience in the Crypto/Web3 industry.
- Presentation skills, including experience hosting live streams or broadcasts.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside marketing teams.
