The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the marketing strategy and operations for Moca Network, providing a unique chance to influence the brand, expand the community, and play a key role in the success of an innovative venture within the Animoca Brands ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with Moca Network's objectives and target demographic.
Provide guidance and coaching to a team of marketing experts in various areas such as content creation, social media, community management, and influencer marketing.
Establish and maintain a distinct brand identity for Moca Network that resonates with the web3 community.
Increase user acquisition and engagement through creative marketing campaigns and projects.
Effectively manage the marketing budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance.
Work closely with the ecosystem, product, and engineering teams to ensure consistency and enhance outcomes.
Stay informed about the most recent trends and advancements in the web3 sector and pinpoint new opportunities for marketing progress.
Represent Moca Network at industry events and conferences.
Cultivate a vibrant and involved community around Moca Network.
Create and execute content marketing strategies to educate the community on the features and advantages of Moca Network.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in marketing blockchain-based initiatives or web3 organizations.
In-depth understanding of web3 culture, trends, and technologies.
