We are in need of a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead the strategy for market entry, lifecycle programs, and product positioning within this new market segment. You will play a crucial role in collaborating closely with product managers and growth specialists to ensure that every feature launch, marketing campaign, and user interaction is in alignment with user expectations and business goals. Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Positioning

Collaborate closely with product and strategy teams to drive the development of the roadmap for stocks and equities trading on our platform.
Develop messaging that sets our offering apart in terms of accessibility, pricing, user experience, and inter-asset trading. Lead in positioning strategies.
Define user personas and create tailored user journeys aimed at acquiring users within the desired target cost.
Maintain close communication with product and growth teams to ensure product direction aligns with market insights and user behavior.

Implementation of Launch Strategies

Lead the go-to-market strategies for new features like fractional shares, commission-free trading, and securities lending.
Devise integrated campaigns that span across various channels including email, in-app messaging, paid media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations to boost adoption, cross-sales, and engagement. …

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a preference for a stocks/equities background.
Demonstrated success in launching and growing consumer-facing products and platforms sustainably.
Proficient in communication and copywriting, capable of simplifying complex concepts into compelling stories.
Strong team player with experience in fast-paced collaborations across functions.
Possess analytical skills with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
Previous experience in regulated industries or financial services would be advantageous.
Additional asset: In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies or experience in community-driven growth efforts.
