We are in search of a skilled, creative, and enthusiastic Digital Designer to join the Growth Creative team at Crypto.com. As a Digital Designer, you will have a pivotal role in crafting engaging and visually appealing digital creative assets tailored for various platforms. The perfect candidate should have a sharp eye for design aesthetics, keep up with digital trends, and excel in translating concepts into captivating visuals. This role entails proficiency in AI tools and the opportunity for remote work, facilitating seamless collaboration from any location.

Responsibilities

Develop visually appealing digital content like graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets that adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
Produce compelling visuals and content using AI Tools.
Design simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to elevate digital creatives across paid media and social channels.
Collaborate with the Growth team, including Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, and Data Analytics, to create cohesive and impactful creative assets that enhance digital paid performance media channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to advance the quality and innovation of digital content continually.
Optimize content for diverse digital platforms to ensure a seamless and visually enriching user experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure that design solutions align with business objectives.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Assist the team in conceptualizing projects that align with performance goals.

Requirements

Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital design or agency background.
Demonstrated experience as a Digital Content Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing various digital design projects.
Possess a results-oriented mindset and experience with performance ads.
Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other relevant tools.
Proficient in After Effects for creating animations, transitions, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with Figma.
Solid grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Experience in crafting content for multiple digital channels and social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is a plus.
Experience or understanding of AI tools.
Up-to-date with current design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital realm.
Knowledge in the fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
