Role Overview

• Plan and execute advertising initiatives on company social media channels.
• Create compelling written and visual content specific to each campaign.
• Ensure consistent online visibility to enhance brand recognition and interaction.
• Monitor and protect the company's reputation on social media.
• Collaborate with influencers to expand brand visibility.
• Vigilantly address and engage with comments and inquiries across social media profiles.
• Aim to increase Token Metrics social media followers by 5% monthly.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for interviews.
• Utilize tools like Canva AI and Adobe for visually appealing social media content.
• Work closely with product managers to deliver compelling narratives on various platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
• Strong understanding of crypto-related concepts (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO).
• Previous success in managing social media for crypto, web3, or blockchain entities.
• Proficiency in creating and sharing content on diverse social media outlets.
• Skilled in social media analytics and performance assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
