We are looking for a skilled individual to take on the role of Social Media Manager in representing our company. The Social Media Manager will be tasked with establishing and enhancing our brand presence on social media platforms. Responsibilities will include managing advertising campaigns, creating compelling original content, engaging influencers, monitoring community interactions, and ensuring quality customer service across all channels.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a broad depth of experience in marketing and should be able to support their expertise by producing and sharing relevant technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute social media advertising campaigns for the company.
• Develop compelling written and visual content for various social media initiatives.
• Cultivate a strong online brand presence through active engagement.
• Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation across social media platforms.
• Foster brand awareness by collaborating with key influencers.

• Oversee customer service activities conducted via social media channels.
• Analyze data to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for content creation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with crypto-related topics such as Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience using social media management tools like Hubspot, Sprout Social, and TubeBuddy.
• Competence in community management and engagement across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and handling support tickets.
• Strong skills in copywriting for social media marketing purposes.
• Proven track record in developing effective social media strategies.
• Ability to adapt the tone and style to suit different social media platforms.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing social media communities.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a Brand Manager on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in evaluating and measuring the outcomes of social media campaigns.
