Job Summary

Token Metrics is seeking a skilled Video Editor and Animator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating captivating videos that resonate with the project goals and director's vision. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the market reach and boosting viewer engagement through dynamic and audience-appropriate video content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production

  • Craft high-quality videos and short clips.

  • Develop content tailored for various platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

  • Edit film pieces for smooth transitions and optimal viewing.

  • Manage and structure video files efficiently.

  • Prepare videos for distribution on both mobile and web platforms.

  • Editing Process

  • Collaborate with the production team to meet their requirements.

  • Review scripts and raw footage to create shot lists.

  • Trim, sequence footage, and incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

  • Generate rough and final cuts ensuring logical sequencing and smooth flow.

  • Consult stakeholders during the editing process to align with their expectations.

  • Stay updated on the latest editing technologies and best practices.

  • Experiment with different editing styles and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Adjust formats and file sizes as necessary.

  • Channel Growth

  • Devise and implement strategies to attract and retain subscribers on Token Metrics' YouTube channel.

Required Competencies
