Requirements

Proficient in Go development language, with significant experience in development, debugging, and performance optimization. Familiarity with C++ or Big Data is a plus.
Understanding of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiar with Git/GitHub for version control.
Proficiency in Mysql, Postgres, Redis, and experience with Kafka and other NoSQL databases.
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles including operating systems, data structures, networking, and databases.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preference given to candidates with experience working in diverse, multicultural teams.

Collaborate within a cross-functional team comprising backend developers, native mobile developers, QA, PM, and Product Owner.
Provide value to users, team members, and the company.
Design and implement secure and scalable backend systems to support a global user base.
Uphold high coding standards to ensure the development of readable, stable, and maintainable systems.
Foster teamwork by engaging in code reviews, regular knowledge sharing sessions, and project retrospectives.
Analyze requirements effectively and resolve challenges throughout the technology stack.
Conduct technical research and suggest practical enhancements to the tech stack for long-term engineering projects.
