Responsibilities:

Generate visually engaging digital content, including graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets, in alignment with brand identity and appealing to the target audience.
Produce creative visuals and content using AI tools.
Develop simple motion graphics and animations using After Effects to enhance digital creatives on diverse paid media and social channels.
Collaborate with other departments within the Growth team to create cohesive and impactful creatives that bolster our digital paid media channels' performance.
Keep abreast of industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to maintain the high quality and innovation of digital content.
Optimize content for various digital platforms to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements, offer creative insights, and ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, meeting deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Support the team in developing concepts that align with project performance goals.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, design, or an agency environment.
Demonstrated experience as a Digital Content Designer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital design projects.
Possess a performance-oriented mindset and familiarity with performance ads.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
Hands-on experience in After Effects for creating animations, transitions, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Experience creating content for various digital channels and social media platforms.
Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is a plus.
Familiarity or experience with AI tools.
Up-to-date on the latest design trends with a passion for digital innovation.
Knowledge of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
