Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior management by overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and the Balkans region, contributing to business expansion.
Collaborate with global teams to implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness and increase market share locally.
Establish local partnerships with banking institutions to facilitate regional customer access to our platform.
Work with data analytics teams to make informed decisions that support trading user objectives.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to drive business operations in the region.
Develop new relationships and engage in strategic initiatives to strengthen our presence within the regional digital asset ecosystem.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in leading operations and marketing with a track record of high-performance team management.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the crypto industry.
