Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior management by overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and the Balkans region, contributing to business expansion.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement initiatives that enhance brand awareness and increase market share locally.
• Establish local partnerships with banking institutions to facilitate regional customer access to our platform.
• Work with data analytics teams to make informed decisions that support trading user objectives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with compliance, legal, and government relations teams to drive business operations in the region.
• Develop new relationships and engage in strategic initiatives to strengthen our presence within the regional digital asset ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading operations and marketing with a track record of high-performance team management.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
