We're seeking a passionate content creator who thrives in a fast-paced web3 company. As a master storyteller, you'll create and publish content across various platforms. Collaborating with the Marketing Lead, you will develop content strategies and lead a team of content professionals.

Your creativity will shine as you generate new ideas and find innovative ways to expand our online presence. Using analytics, you'll continuously improve the performance and engagement of our multimedia articles, blog posts, images, and videos.

Responsibilities:

Manage content on website, community, email, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with content writing, graphic design, web development, and social media teams to create and distribute compelling content.
Develop an extensive content strategy for multiple platforms.
Create impactful brand content.
Lead and manage the content team comprising writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
Formulate and update cross-platform content strategies.
Conduct brainstorming sessions for fresh ideas.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to generate content concepts.
Grow our social media following significantly.
Provide support to team members and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze web metrics to assess content engagement.
Edit and proofread submissions.
Implement SEO best practices.
Review analytics and search performance reports for content marketing evaluation.
Contribute to outreach and amplification efforts for improved search engine ranking.
Perform regular content audits for accuracy, optimization, and relevance.
Maintain a streamlined content calendar to keep the team organized.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in an agency or web3 environment, or similar role.
Strong managerial skills.
Proficient in keyword placement and SEO techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional editing skills.
Familiarity with computer technology, including basic HTML and CSS.
Creative mindset.
Knowledge of popular content management systems.
Experience with social media management.
Ability to generate original and engaging content.
Strong leadership qualities.
Collaborative team player.
