At Headquarters (hq.xyz), our mission is to cultivate a responsible generation of Web3 Operators. We achieve this by providing real-time financial visibility and management for Web3 teams, allowing them to seamlessly execute FinOps with proper controls.

Supported by renowned angels and investors such as Crypto.com Capital, Forge Ventures, Saison Capital, and Coinhako, we aim to set new standards in the Web3 space. Our objective is to deliver the Finance Stack, which serves as the foundational elements for Web3 teams to facilitate their FinOps and Financial Reporting.

This position centers around the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Collaborating directly with co-founders/management team to oversee and execute special growth projects.
Implementing key growth initiatives, which include sales development, conducting demo calls, and providing client support.
Actively tracking KPIs and staying up-to-date with the evolving landscape of Web3.

Requirements

Willingness to commit to full-time engagement for 4 to 6 months.
Forward-thinking problem solver with the ability to independently tackle challenges.
Self-motivated and hands-on, with a proactive approach and a bias towards action.
Resilient, determined, and possessed of tenacity.
Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency with tools such as GDocs (especially Sheets) and Notion.
Interest in blockchain technology and Web3 solutions.
Passionate about making a significant impact on the Web3 ecosystem.
