Key Responsibilities

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or strategy, ideally within fintech or payment industries.
Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding operational processes in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in working with data, tools, and systems.
Display strong leadership qualities to influence and deliver results across teams.
