Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead daily operations in various functional areas like business operations, customer service, risk assessment, and technical support.
• Develop, implement, and enhance scalable processes to support company growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, and Customer Success to ensure project execution.
• Monitor operational metrics, derive insights, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and address operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive automation and system enhancements to boost operational efficiency and precision.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferable.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or strategy, ideally within fintech or payment industries.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding operational processes in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in working with data, tools, and systems.
• Display strong leadership qualities to influence and deliver results across teams.
