Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned individual to take on the role of Online Poker Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing our poker offerings, boosting engagement, and fostering growth within the online poker community. Your main focus will be on creating and executing the poker tournament schedule, managing ring games, sit-and-go offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our poker product range.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an enticing poker tournament schedule to increase player participation and satisfaction.
Supervise poker ring games and sit-and-go offerings to align with Easygo's commercial goals and enhance player engagement.
Work closely with the team to introduce new poker games and features in line with the overall product strategy.
Ensure all poker-related content is accurate and comprehensive, including game rules and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and retention team to enhance marketing initiatives using the poker product to attract and retain players.
Monitor operations for potential risks and take action against any fraudulent activities.
Provide training, development, and growth opportunities for the Easygo team to cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.
Conduct training sessions for internal departments and establish procedures for managing poker-related escalations.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

Extensive background in the online poker industry, focusing on poker room and product management.
In-depth knowledge of online poker products, especially in the social poker realm.
Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies, achieving commercial success against KPIs and targets.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external partners.
Previous management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in online poker management or a related position.
Demonstrated success in driving player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Excellent communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results.
Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
