What you will do: As a Customer Welfare Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing guidance on compliance and responsible gambling processes

Assisting with responsible gambling compliance audits

Training stakeholders on an as-needed basis

Conducting behavioral analysis and risk assessments

Communicating with high-risk customers through various channels in alignment with risk management policies

Handling escalations and queries regarding responsible gambling

Conducting risk assessments for Affordability reviews

Addressing critical operational issues promptly

Translating responsible gambling content occasionally

What you will bring: To excel in this role, we expect you to have:

At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming or online gambling industry

Experience in Customer Welfare, Responsible Gambling, or Compliance roles is preferred

Proficiency in English and Spanish for customer communication via various channels

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and departments

Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Knowledge of Responsible Gambling customer tools, operating in a 24/7 environment

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Use chat to respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction

Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish

Stay updated with product information and company policies to assist customers accurately

Maintain customer data and communicate effectively with internal teams

Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Work on a 24/7 shift rotation pattern (7-3, 3-11, 11-7)

Desirable skills:

Knowledge of sports and gambling is advantageous

Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all Chinese-based communication and content to elevate the user experience and player lifecycle stages 

Propose and implement effective strategies for campaign delivery and formats to enhance profitability, devising action plans and strategies when needed

Increase player lifetime value, reduce churn, and execute relevant CRM strategies in the Chinese market
