Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all Chinese-based communication and content to elevate the user experience and player lifecycle stages
Propose and implement effective strategies for campaign delivery and formats to enhance profitability, devising action plans and strategies when needed
Increase player lifetime value, reduce churn, and execute relevant CRM strategies in the Chinese market
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify promotional offers and timings
Partner with the acquisition team to optimize campaign growth in the Chinese market and align with the company's market entry vision.
Identify and source suitable content to engage with our player base
Monitor and evaluate performance of email/SMS campaigns, including generating weekly/monthly KPI reports.
You’re ideal for this role if you:
Possess retention marketing expertise
Collaborative team player capable of interdepartmental cooperation
Attentive to detail, enhancing customer experience through effective communication
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proven experience working with creative teams for visual assets preparation
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and understand project implications
Skilled in managing multiple tasks with complexity.
Desirable skills include:
Knowledge of EDM and other CRM marketing tools
Valuable experience in gambling and sports
