Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Turkish-oriented communications and content to enrich the customer experience and lifecycle stages.
- Develop effective plans for delivering campaigns to boost profitability, with a focus on optimizing campaign formats and platforms.
- Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and ensure implementation of a targeted CRM strategy in the Turkish market.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to identify and promote relevant offers.
- Liaise with the acquisition team to maximize campaign growth and facilitate expansion into new markets.
- Conduct research to curate suitable content for customer communications.
- Analyze performance of email/SMS campaigns, preparing regular KPI reports.
