Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic initiatives from inception to completion by collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic projects.
- Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Assist in developing the company's strategic plan and roadmap while providing valuable insights.
- Assess and manage strategic risks associated with initiatives to ensure effective mitigation strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
