Your key responsibilities will involve supporting corporate development and business strategy execution, aligning operational teams with business goals, and recommending enhancements for operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives from inception to completion by collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic projects.
• Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in developing the company's strategic plan and roadmap while providing valuable insights.
• Assess and manage strategic risks associated with initiatives to ensure effective mitigation strategies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management and strategy development within a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for driving change and growth.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in management consulting or startup/scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry or working in complex legal and compliance environments.
• Knowledge of sports, gambling, or cryptocurrencies.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, Jira.
