Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire process of website design, managing product-related projects, and contributing to digital marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will be actively engaged in creative brainstorming and project development as part of our Visual Design Team. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Implementation:
- Develop and execute graphics, motion graphics, animations, and video editing.
- Curate sound elements and mix audio for video content.
- Contribute visually captivating content to digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage in creative ideation and project development.
Brand Stewardship:
- Support the Digital Design Manager in guiding strategic creative direction.
- Interpret briefs and adhere to project timelines to deliver top-notch visual assets.
- Prioritize human-centered design and service design.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Relationship Management:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital graphics and content creation within a studio/agency setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and Figma.
- Proficiency in layout design for digital and print media (knowledge of Adobe InDesign preferred).
- Sound skills in responsive web/UI design.
- Expertise in information architecture, site mapping, and wireframing.
- Ability to create project design systems and design with scalability in mind.
- Understanding of interaction design and motion skills in After Effects considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
