We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Designer to join our Visual Design Team at Easygo. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing web UI/UX designs, games design, animations, sound creation, and supporting marketing initiatives in the Online Gaming industry.
Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire process of website design, managing product-related projects, and contributing to digital marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will be actively engaged in creative brainstorming and project development as part of our Visual Design Team. The ability to thrive under tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate effectively with a team and possess strong communication skills is crucial.
Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in shepherding projects from initial concepts to finalized web-ready artwork while maintaining keen attention to detail and exhibiting visual leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Implementation:
- Develop and execute graphics, motion graphics, animations, and video editing.
- Curate sound elements and mix audio for video content.
- Contribute visually captivating content to digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage in creative ideation and project development.
Brand Stewardship:
- Support the Digital Design Manager in guiding strategic creative direction.
- Interpret briefs and adhere to project timelines to deliver top-notch visual assets.
- Prioritize human-centered design and service design.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Relationship Management:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate adaptability and inspire others through consistent management.
- Work across departments to manage expectations effectively.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital graphics and content creation within a studio/agency setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and Figma.
- Proficiency in layout design for digital and print media (knowledge of Adobe InDesign preferred).
- Sound skills in responsive web/UI design.
- Expertise in information architecture, site mapping, and wireframing.
- Ability to create project design systems and design with scalability in mind.
- Understanding of interaction design and motion skills in After Effects considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sports betting and gambling is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom preferred.
