Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients to understand their current and future needs
- Establish long-term partnerships with clients by comprehending their goals and decision-making processes
- Manage assigned accounts throughout the customer journey, addressing all queries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities within the client base in collaboration with the VIP team
- Ensure timely delivery of products aligning with customer needs and goals
- Analyze client behaviors and contributions to the business
- Utilize communication tools effectively to engage with VIP players
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall customer experience
- Work with VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Hosts to achieve team development goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Preferably, background in Sports or Marketing fields
- Excellent global sports knowledge
- Proficient in gambling practices
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom
