Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, bitcastle is looking to hire a Full-TimeCustomer Service Executive (Forex) to join our team.
About the Role: 
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the Bitcastle team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries for our forex trading platform, process KYC applications, and support various operational tasks to ensure excellent user experience. This is a part-time, fully remote position.
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support in a timely and professional manner
Support customer service operations, including user inquiries, withdrawal processing, KYC verification, bug reporting, and updating Q&A information
Understand and adhere to policies and procedures of global customer support, ensuring high-quality support is provided to users in accordance with company standards
Create and post customer announcements as required
Monitor and respond to messages on platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp
Provide customer support related to forex (knowledge of crypto is a plus)
During business hours, assist with creating help center articles, checking payment statuses, and editing or revising FAQ pages
Requirements: 
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in forex, trading platforms, or financial services
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet, able to create basic to advance formulas 
Familiarity with forex trading platforms or financial services operations
Preferred Qualification:
Experience supporting customers in forex or financial trading platforms
Knowledge of crypto and blockchain (advantageous but not mandatory)
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Japanese Speaking (good to have)

UI/UX Designer for SaaS Dashboard (Figma)
 
Job Summary:
We're building ClearTrack, a lightweight SaaS tool for tracking tasks and performance in remote teams. We're looking for a UI/UX designer to design 6–8 clean, modern dashboard screens (desktop + mobile).
Scope of Work:
1. Design dashboard UI (Task List, Time Tracker, Reports, Settings)
 
 
2. Create responsive mockups in Figma
 
 
3. Deliver clickable prototype + style guide
 
 
4. Collaborate with our developer for smooth handoff
 
 
Budget:
Fixed: $800–$1200 (negotiable based on experience)

We're seeking someone currently based in Brazil to assist with occasional support tasks. This is a part-time role with light responsibilities—ranging from 10 minutes to 6 hours per month—offering $100/month in compensation. It's a long-term opportunity, expected to last over a year.
